Somatic Movements: Engage in gentle, guided somatic exercises that enhance body awareness and release physical tension. These movements will help you tap into the wisdom of your body, fostering a sense of presence and grounding.
Mindful Creativity: Through mindful creative practices, you will learn to quiet the inner critic and access a state of flow. We will explore various creative expressions allowing your innate creativity to emerge naturally.

Who Is This Day For? ​
Designed for individuals of all experience levels, this session invites you to explore the profound connection between body and mind, fostering a deeper understanding of your inner creative flow. No prior experience in somatic practices or creative arts is required.
The Venue
Nestled in the picturesque village of Leonard Stanley, Saxon Barn is one of Gloucestershire’s most esteemed historic monuments, dating back to the 10th century. Lovingly restored with the guidance of Historic England, Saxon Barn offers an inspiring setting for our workshop on somatic movements and mindful creativity. Surrounded by the stunning views of the rolling Cotswolds countryside and a medieval fishing pond, this serene environment, admired by artists including Sir Stanley Spencer, provides the perfect backdrop for a day of deep exploration and creative expression.
